It’s a cute little place, but after living here for almost 2 years I see everything was rushed. My stuff started falling on the walls within months. Nothing was drilled in right and I had to get replacement stuff for things. Cabinets was barely hangin on and just fell of because it wasn’t drilled in properly. My shower is missing a piece and has a weird hole in the corner on my shower that you can see they just tried to fill and forget about it. The bath itself was painted and now is peeling from the water. I would tell maintenance but at this point it’s too much I don’t even care and will just do it myself or get replacements for what I need. They better not put anything on me when I leave and try to charge me because this was their doing for not checking that whoever they hired to fix things up did a good job and wasn’t rushed. When I moved in everything was still dirty stuff in my fridge and nails on my balcony. Didn’t even properly deep clean before I moved in it take money off any rent or anything. I pay almost 1,200 every month for rent for 600 sq ft. That’s insane and with the way they didn’t even have appliances put in correctly I can say not worth it.
