I highly recommend this place, its secure, clean, up to date technology and Taylor has been more than a tremendous help to us. She assisted us through a rough time, made sure we were all set, and answered any questions we had. She is sweet and reliable. As for the building, sure there are little things, mostly from a few tenants who are a little more than gross and rude by occasionally abusing the property. Good news is that the majority of the people here are akin to a very nice and friendly neighborhood. However, Taylor has been VERY quick to get on top of it. Also, kudos to the cleaner for doing a splendid job at cleaning BOTH buildings with minimal assistance. As well as props to the maintenance guy for always being on the move. My apartment was clean and spotless and the setup is nice. So yes, I give a prompt, 5/5 and a easy yet solid 10/10.

I've lived in Mitchell Park for about three years, going on my fourth. I plan on restarting my contract because with the current housing market, it fits my needs. Management has changed quite a bit over time, but I believe the current crew is here to stay! They have been cleaning up the place and making Mitchell Park feel more like home. I personally appreciate the level of security the location provides at a reasonable cost of living. I rarely have issues with my unit, and when I do, they get right on top of it! Thanks for the great experience so far! Looking forward to another year :D
