Beginning in the first month of my lease, cockroaches plagued my kitchen and living space, and despite the supposed efforts of the management to address the issue, it only continued. Exterminators were dispatched a total of six times, each attempt proving ineffective, with professionals confirming that my unit was not the source of the infestation. Bob from IPA, the property management company, initially seemed responsive, promising a potential relocation if I complied with one more extermination effort. However, the subsequent three treatments yielded no results, and Bob ceased to respond messages.
