Beginning in the first month of my lease, cockroaches plagued my kitchen and living space, and despite the supposed efforts of the management to address the issue, it only continued. Bob from IPA, the property management company, initially seemed responsive, promising a potential relocation if I complied with one more extermination effort. However, the subsequent three treatments yielded no results, and Bob ceased to respond messages.
