I’ve lived here for two years now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! I love how clean and well taken care of the property is as well as how safe it is. My daughter and I feel very much at home here.

This place used to be topnotch, but started going down hill. Luckily you guy got a new maintenance guy, but I haven't seen him around in a few weeks. He really got things done around here. Please Nineteen01 bring back that your other maintenance with the glasses, he seems to know what he's doing.

I have lived in several apartments over the last decade and this has been my favorite complex to date. The staff here is so nice! I was immediately welcomed in and felt like family. You get the vibe they actually do care about their residents and this isn't just a job to them. Also I am a little bit of a clean freak so if this place wasn't clean I would not be here. It exceeds my expectations! Overall, I am really happy to be a resident here!

I had such an amazing time with El Ayala.
I have toured over 10 properties in my search of my next home and by far El was the most pleasant experience of all. It is because of him Nineteen01 is at the very top of my list. Every unit was rented so I missed it on a deal and I'm pretty sure El is the reason why that is. Great job El!
He was so attentive to my needs, He was so relatable, And he seemed like just a genuine and good person at his core. He seemed to care about me and everyone he rents to and he takes pride in his job and in the property he's showing.
Went above and beyond to let me look at the different units that I needed to look at and his explanations were top shelf.
I am rarely impressed when dealing with people and I can say that without a doubt even if I did not get to rent at nineteen01 My entire experience was made a little bit better by simply meeting El.
I don't know how much he makes but if anyone is reading this I can tell you without a shadow of doubt El doesn't it make enough.
He is a diamond In the rough And if every leaser could be even 20% the leaser El is, they would be lucky for it.
You have a wonderful person on your hands and he really is a beacon for Nineteen01 raising every part of the experience and making the place seem professional, comely, and moved me to move there beyond even what I thought I could have felt.

I am so happy I stayed!
I live in this building since April 2017, I had some problems in my previous apartment, my neighbors had a kid and they let him be running an playing since very late (Around 2 am) it used to be frustrating...
However for the renewal of our contract, decided to transfer to another apartment on first floor, the view is so beautiful with the indoor patio, the high ceiling is a plus and there's no noise! I feel so happy in my new apartment, and thanks to Susie, Heather, Peter, and there are two new guys (sorry cannot remember your names :()...
Well everyone was so helpful answering all my questions, and helping me on the moving dates, also they left me a wonderful welcome which I loved it!
My dog also love's the dog park, we saw other apartment buildings but this one, I think is the bigger... Also the pet spa is nice, and the other amenities (pool, meetings room, gym).
About the area isn't the best place if you walk around for two blocks, but is on one of the principal avenue which you can walk about 5 blocks and you are in Old Tustin or Santa Ana.
I can say the improve the management service ( I remember also one of the comments about the dog pee, and they were neighbors that let their dogs pee wherever they want), some other neighbors used to left the trash outside their door, but started to give penalty's and people started to change (I think that issue is more of the neighbor's and not all the responsibility on the management, because it's personal cleanliness..)
