A background and credit check will be conducted Good rental reference for at least 2 years or home ownership $45 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) to be paid before we will process your application (No Personal Checks). Applications are kept on file for 30 days. Standard Deposit is the same as First Month’s Rent (No Credit / No Rental Reference will be an automatic double deposit = First Month’s Rent x 2)
