Excellent facility, well planned and designed. The office staff is knowledgeable and experienced, always ready to help or answer questions. The location is great, with easy access to the city’s bike and walking path system. The most special thing for the apartment complex is that the residents are allowed to have a dog. My wife and I plan to stay a long time.

Very friendly staff. They are easy to speak with. Great amenities. The gym has everything you need & the equipment is up to date. Lots of activities eg yoga, daily walking group, Reel to Reel, card games, movie night, pot luck dinner to name a few. Wonderful Residents! If your looking for a great place to live with friendly people & staff Avenida at Centerra is the place to be.
