Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Paola at Cortland West Palm. Both on the phone and later in person as well, Paola sincerely wowed us with her contagious positive energy, professionalism, eagerness to help, and knowledge of the property. Did not feel rushed at all. She was patient, and you could tell that she was genuinely interested in assisting us. I would hire her in an instant as she would be an asset to any team. A+ experience. Thanks again, Paola! Some other feedback for the management team at Cortland. With the addition of EV charges on property, this would have been an easy yes for us. Owning an electric car and not being able to charge where we live was big in our consideration. I know it is a total luxury to have one, so please know we are not trying to be negative! Hoping this feedback assists in future development on the property! With that being said, to all non ev owners, we will be referring them to Cortland in the future!

Alex and Scott came to service the AC unit this morning. We spoke on the phone last week, where Alex talked me through trouble shooting the problems I was having with my AC unit and was able to fix and cool my apartment within minutes. With no further issues, Alex still went the extra mile to follow up with me in person and do further services on my AC unit to ensure it was all set. Both Alex and Scott are super friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism and expertise. I am very satisfied with the maintenance department at Cortland West Palm.
