I've lived here for 2 years, and they seem to be good people. Maintenance can take a while to get things done. I only wish the ground floor apartment porches had their porch areas completely enclosed from the neighbor apartment. I also wish there is hardwood floors through out the whole apartment. Also wish there was a washer and dryer inside the apartment.
