I can understand why most people complain about the bugs, HOWEVER Joy and the office staff have really made improvements in this issue. They did biweekly pest sprays and they informed us of the most effective treatment. Whether or not you saw improvements depended on how clean you kept your kitchen and if you cleaned out your cabinets before the sprays, like they recommened. They also switched companies because the other one wasn't really working. In my personal apartment I've NEVER had an issue with roaches and every time I had a problem they fixed it in a timely manner. There have been so many changes within the last year that I have lived here. Don't count this place out unless you see it for yourself.

I have to say the staff are amazing, The new manager, Joy, has really made HUGE improvements, My mother lived here and was well taken care of.
