I lived there for only one year (fall of 2023 to fall 2024) only reason why I moved out was because I got engaged and moved in with the fiancé. The location of the building is perfect, still in town but away from the hustle and bustle. I did have an issue with the kitchen sink leaking when I moved in (must have been from the renovations) they were understanding and got it fixed right away. Holly and Tim do an amazing job keeping that place in tip top shape. They have an amazing personality and make you feel welcomed. Only thing I wished that my apartment had a patio/balcony, it was one of the few units that doesn't have it. Maybe extra cabinets, I did have to buy some shelf storage.
