We pride ourselves on our professional office and maintenance team, exceptional amenities, and 24/7 emergency service. All apartments include major appliances such as a built-in microwave, flat-top electric range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. We provide a 24/7 fitness center with cardio and strength equipment. Meet neighbors and friends in our beautiful community room where we host frequent parties, classes, and game nights. Additionally, residents are welcome to reserve the community building for their own private events. During the summer months, you’ll enjoy our outdoor swimming pool and wading pool with grilling areas and complimentary WIFI access. I just moved out after living here for 3 years and I only have amazing things to say about Manor House. I lived in an upstairs, non-renovated 2 bedroom unit and loved it. To make a long review short, here's a list of the pros and cons I experienced: Pro - Security deposit was only half of 1 month's rent - Received my full deposit back with no fuss - Office and maintenance staff were always quick and helpful - Perfect location for MU student halfway between Millersville and Lancaster (I used the Red Rose bus that goes from Manor House to MU) - Being right next to a large park and a Planet Fitness for walks and exercise - A massive balcony - Tons and tons of closet space - Windows on either side of the unit, creating a great cross breeze most nights (something I miss now) - Good noise insulation from neighbors - Floor plan makes it easy to run ethernet to the bedrooms for your devices. This was important for school and my job. - Large, free, and ample parking spots - Garbage pickups within a 10 second walk of every unit - Wouldn't normally mention this but the toilets are industrial strength. You take this for granted until you move to a place that doesn't have this amenity LOL Cons - Electric baseboard heat is more expensive than other forms of heat. My electric bills in Winters were between $200-$280, while ~$100 in Spring/Fall and ~$150 in the Summer I loved my time at Manor House, and if you're new to the area I recommend hitting up all the restaurants on Columbia Ave (Eastern Palace and Namaste were my favorites), going to a Stormers baseball game, or going to Round One at Park City for some good times!

I've lived at Manor House Apartments for 20 years and can honestly say the complex management team is the best we’ve had in a long time. Staci, Julian, and Myah are so kind and go out of their way to help tenants. Warren, Scott, Adam, Luis, and Richard work fast to make all the necessary repairs and get the job done right. The grounds are beautiful and we many amenities that make Manor House Apartments a great place to live. To me, it’s never felt like an apartment but our home.
