Owner of the building is super nice, I have been having a really good time working with them, the manager is really passionate all the time whenever I needed help in the building. And you could tell that the management team really is doing the best they can to make City Lights a comfortable place for commercial and residential tenants. Definitely recommend check out this place, I even have a friend of mine who used to live here said that they are going to miss this building a lot and wouldn't want to leave if they didn't have to move to another state. I really love how they are bringing in something different on the first floor of the building, a traditional Asian bakery that is right across the Community College of Vermont. You won't regret trying their tasty pastries and bubble tea drinks, perfect quick meals.

My two years at City Lights was nothing but spectacular. These apartments are in a prime location and were very well designed from the floor plan, to parking garage, to even providing a fitness room. I loved being a short walk to great food around the Winooski circle and also being super close to the interstate. I was able to observe the buildings being constructed and had several conversations with the developer before the grand opening. It was pretty cool to talk to the builder himself! I learned a great deal about their vision for bringing more high quality and affordable mixed use living Winooski. The Dagesse’s were some of the easiest people to talk to that I have ever met and they were always honest and timely in their responses and/or repairs. During my stay in this building the hallways were always quiet and common areas were well maintained. I loved that on the ground floor there is the Morning Light Bakery. I highly recommend these appartments.
