Just moved in and loving it so far! The girls in the office are so sweet and helpful. I made a lot of changes right up until move in and they were able to accommodate everything to make sure I was happy. Alondra made my entire process from start to finish seamless! The location of this property is ideal and so convenient to anything you need (maybe a little too convenient lol). There's walking trails surrounding the entire property as well as scenic views from whichever building you choose. The biggest thing for me is how quiet it's been, it makes working from home easy. Additionally, the units themselves have high end finishes and the entire vibe of the place is warm and inviting. The amenities are also great. The gym is super high tech with echelon equipment including treadmills, cycles, rowers and even the "workout mirror" (similar to Peloton). The game room has a so many cool features including a golf simulator. The pool is tranquil and inviting. The staff has also told me about the soon to be giant dog park at the back of the property I cannot wait use, along with the cute pet spa. Overall, if you're looking for well priced true luxury living I highly recommend stopping by Integra Village for a tour!

Best place to live in Daytona Beach. Apartments are exquisite with different layouts to your liking. Well built, quiet, no noise at all, best nights sleep. Fixtures are perfect and nicely colour coordinated. Ample parking space. Amenities are A+++, gym is big with many different choices of equipment to suit your workout. Pool is of a good size and a very scenic backdrop of trees. Grilling area and hammocks are perfect for your weekends. The staff are absolutely wonderful ! Jenna Pagan the manager is like a diamond. She assisted us in our out of state move at every step of the way. Always kept in touch and never missed a chance to update us no matter what the info needed was. I have never met a more professional and 5 STAR person like Jenna. She has done a great job in this complex and hats off to her !! Other staff Alondra and Corrine are great also - always willing to help if you need them for anything ! Having looked at other complexes in the area, this is the ONE for a hassle free move with a great support team at your side ! Integra Village at Tymber Creek - Go for it !!
