Noo there isnt a manager on-site. Noo pets arent allowed but they still have them. Ive been living here for a year and 3 months and they've came to fix a leak in the sink and a few electrical problems. My carpet is still like new. One thing, they havent came to change handles on the bedroom doors because i dont have keys to them. Seems like the ac filters have to be especially ordered because no one has the exact size. They drive up on the grass causing It to get muddy alot on this specific side. Pee before you come here because the long distance from car up the steps you can barely make it lmao. But its kinda quiet besides the busy streets. No entry gate smh.No picnic tables. Waters included thats a plus. I dont know how much longer ima be here though. People come and go. But its not bad.

El estúpido, The driveway go past 4306 and then 4310. Then, the next driveway should be 4312, not 4308. Tell the USPS to fix this!!! No street lights and no able to get into the complex until we go through a maze!!! Stairs has no lights. Somebody will get hurt as you will get a very large lawsuit!!!
