The upstairs has an office nook as well which is perfect for work-from-home situations and the laundry appliances are included. The back patio has recently been re-finished with red flagstones, complete with self-regulating garden, water feature so great for entertaining, and the spacious detached 2 car garage is perfect for easy parking and additional storage!
