The property manager, Tori is very knowledgeable and kind. The application process went smoothly and living at University Court was very pleasant. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Whenever a maintenance issue did arise, it was dealt with the same day. Tori was also helpful in helping us sublet our apartment when we had to move out early. A great experience at a great property.

The man named Gilberto, the maintenance guy, is quite a person . Any time I have anything that needs fixing he's there. He's the kind of neighbor that if you have a problem, he will be the first one to lend a helping hand. Props to whoever hired him because he's really keeping this place looking in tip top shape!
