Been living here for 3 months and the only complaint I have is that they make you pay for their Xfinity + Cable package and you're not able to opt out. Overall my apartment is in great condition and the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance is very quick and reliable.

Before we moved here in January, we almost moved into another complex due to the negative reviews online. WOW I am very glad that we didn't.
Where to start? Apartments are very well sized, we love the layout. It feels like a house inside of our unit. From the moment we first toured, we were BLOWN AWAY compared to the other complexes we were considering.
Adrienne and Kayla in the office are FANTASTIC. Very prompt and friendly replies to emails, extremely helpful and understanding. Adrienne is always cheery and lovely to deal with. Maintenance has been outstanding too- on two separate occasions our A/C did stop working. Within 25 minutes of contacting maintenance, they were at our door both times ready to help, and found a solution the first try.
The neighborhood is well-maintained, quiet, and beautiful. The dog park is a huge plus. Our neighbors have all been very mature and friendly. With the recent lighting upgrades, I feel extremely safe here, even coming home/leaving late at night.
Yes, the internet can be buggy and is a little pricey. But, we have no regrets making Copper Chase our home! I would recommend all my friends to live here and I think everyone should see for themselves before turning away due to the reviews.

My sister and her family absolutely love it here! The neighborhood is so safe and well kept. Whenever there has been an issue, their maintenance man, JR, quickly evaluates and fixes the problem. A lot of the time, the same day the service request goes in!

I moved in with my boyfriend in the middle of this past March, 2024. We needed to leave our previous complex quickly and the wonderful people at Copper Chase had a unit available quickly for us to move in. Since moving in to our wonderful one bed one bath unit, we have had to make a couple maintenance calls that were dealt with in a very quick and timely manner. Bill is a wonderful asset to your maintenance crew, dont let that man go! Staff has been very friendly and I have not had any problems with them. I hope anyone else that has had issues based on previous reviews got them solved also. I love our little home and couldn't ask for a better complex to live!

Copper Chase is a great place to call home. We love it here, Adrienne got us settled into our apartment super fast. The maintenance team is awesome and get things done super quick. Safe neighborhood. We could not have chosen a better apartment complex.

Have been here four years and renewed lease for another year.
Compared to other communities on South side of Indy Copper Chase is very competitive. Recent lighting upgrades and a great maintenance staff have solved some of the typical complaints about trash and landscaping.
There are new developments underway within walking distance for dining, shopping and entertainment. Very convenient. 😎

I have lived at Copper Chase since December of 2022 and love it! I am in a two bedroom that is over 1400 sq ft. No other apartment in this area has that great of a space!
