Been living here for 3 months and the only complaint I have is that they make you pay for their Xfinity + Cable package and you're not able to opt out. Overall my apartment is in great condition and the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance is very quick and reliable.

Before we moved here in January, we almost moved into another complex due to the negative reviews online. WOW I am very glad that we didn't. Where to start? Apartments are very well sized, we love the layout. It feels like a house inside of our unit. From the moment we first toured, we were BLOWN AWAY compared to the other complexes we were considering. Adrienne and Kayla in the office are FANTASTIC. Very prompt and friendly replies to emails, extremely helpful and understanding. Adrienne is always cheery and lovely to deal with. Maintenance has been outstanding too- on two separate occasions our A/C did stop working. Within 25 minutes of contacting maintenance, they were at our door both times ready to help, and found a solution the first try. The neighborhood is well-maintained, quiet, and beautiful. The dog park is a huge plus. Our neighbors have all been very mature and friendly. With the recent lighting upgrades, I feel extremely safe here, even coming home/leaving late at night. Yes, the internet can be buggy and is a little pricey. But, we have no regrets making Copper Chase our home! I would recommend all my friends to live here and I think everyone should see for themselves before turning away due to the reviews.
