Lease Terms + Charges: Minimum 680 credit score required. $50 application fee. 12-month lease unless otherwise noted. Short-term lease (3-11 months) are available for an additional $100/month. Water and sewer included in rent, tenants are responsible for electricity. $50/month for additional occupant or parking space. Pets are not universally allowed, however with the landlord’s approval before signing the lease, pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. Security deposit is same as rent and due at signing.
