Near restaurants, The Riverwalk, and close to popular grocery stores including Publix, Winn-Dixie and Fresh Market. This well-maintained unit is perfect for a small family. This unit is extremely spacious and gives a very cozy atmosphere. So much natural light! Take the gravel pathway towards the back of the house, where parking is located. Enter through the back door and your large kitchen invites you in. A short hallway to the main door also offers another opening. Both rooms are very roomy. Crown molding with tile is laid throughout. There is also a spacious pantry that offers plenty of cupboard space. Pet friendly owner! Each pet requires a $500 nonrefundable deposit. (no monthly fees). There is an additional water fee of $86 for one person and $115 for two people. All other utilities are in tenant's name. Rent is $1,100, security deposit is $1,500.
