I have lived in a lot of different apartments, and this property management company is the best I have experienced! Everyone is so nice and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are done so quick and the amenities are great. I love living here.

The community is amazing with all the modern design and amenities. The office staff is very polite and knowledgeable with a top notch costumer service. The maintenance staff is dedicated and professional. I will rate my experience a 10 star but is sad that is only 5 star rating. Great place to live. I love Integra Heights.

We absolutely love living at Integra Heights! The entire maintenance team has been outstanding—always responsive, efficient, and friendly from day one. A special shoutout to Josue for going above and beyond! Edrianna in the leasing office has been incredibly supportive, addressing every question, concern, and request with care and professionalism. The dedication and positivity of the staff here truly set Integra Heights apart, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to live here. While we haven’t learned everyone’s names yet, it’s clear that every team member is fantastic and deeply committed to making this community feel like home. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and deserves to be celebrated! :)

The apartments and amenities are brand new and the office staff are really nice and responsive. They were able to offer us a tour 30 minutes after we called them. The clubhouse is amazing, there is a tech center with little offices you can use when working remotely. The bark park is a little small and there is not a whole lot of room to walk your dog, but the pet spa is nice. I do wish there was a kids playground, even a little indoor kids play area would be amazing instead of the virtual golf range since indoor playgrounds are so hard to find in this area. But Lake Louisa is right across the street and there is a playground and plenty to do there. The pool is nice, there is a good sized 9” area which is good for toddlers, and there are even hammocks and a large grilling area. The gym is not fully equipped yet but there will be all the standard equipment plus there will be a rock wall treadmill which I’m very excited about! The apartments themselves are very nice, the kitchens are modern and there is a built in desk in some units. A huge plus is that the patios/balconies are screened in. I would prefer that the hallways leading to the apartment front doors were inside and air conditioned but at least they are covered. Some of the angled layouts are a little wonky, but the pros outweigh the cons. Overall I was really impressed with this apartment complex and I want to give a huge shoutout to Peyton for being so helpful and accommodating!

I recently moved into Integra Heights and I am really enjoying living here! First, before I moved in I reviewed some of the google reviews on here and reading about mice and roaches was concerning to me. I reached out to Katelyn at the leasing office regarding the reviews about mice etc. She addressed my concerns in a honest and professional way. I was truly appreciative of that. Since living here I haven't had any issues with mice or roaches.
The maintenance team is wonderful group to work with. I moved in and had an issue with my dryer. GE was not able to come out and fix it, so maintenance took things into their own hands and replaced my washer/dryer. They also provided the opportunity for me to use the empty apartment washer/dryer a few doors down from me in the interim while the maintenance crew waited to hear from GE. I was thankful that they were on top of this and let me do laundry elsewhere.
Lastly, the only thing I find peculiar living here is how no one here takes their trash on non-valet trash days to the dumpster. We have valet trash at this complex. Valet trash does not come Fri/Sat. Some residents will leave their trash bags out for valet trash the ENTIRE weekend. Some in their trash container, others not in the trash container just regular trash bag sitting outside their door. Other complexes I've lived in before we were fined if we left trash outside of our apartments for long periods of time like this. You are asking for bugs to enter your home if you leave trash outside your apartment for days. I hope this can be addressed because it is strange that everyone on my floor does it and doesn't think to walk to the trash the days the valet trash does not arrive.
Overall, I love living here. It's peaceful, quiet, and exactly the style of apartment I was looking for. The leasing team were able to get me in rather quickly and were super helpful the entire process. I would recommend anyone that I know to live here.

Josue programed My thermostat so that I could adjust the temperature up and down without having a separate daytime and night time adjustment. However, when I was just sitting here in my apartment and it started to get warm. I looked over at the thermostat and it was all the way up to 85° before it was supposed to come on. so the programming did not work. I'm in 3213

This will be a long one. My husband and I moved into Integra in early January. Our building at the time had just been finished. We are on the second floor. Chose it only because of the apt model we wanted and it wasn’t available on the first floor. In seeing a lot of other reviews I decided to leave one for potential tenants. The location is beautiful, Lake Louisa is across the street, the amenities are great and overall the entire community is fairly quiet. When we first moved in we had some issues with some unfinished things in the apt, which they worked on fixing even though it did take a while, honestly not totally on them since they aren’t the construction team. Our AC had issues right after moving in, it was fixed quickly, they found that the wires were like crossed or touching so it had some sort of short. Didn’t make a huge fuss since it’s all new construction, things are still bound to happen. And roaches were around then yes and occasionally we still see them, because new construction and it’s Florida. Are there June bugs and other bugs all over the hallways and around the doors especially at night yes, could they do better at treating the bugs yes. But again Bugs=Florida and we are in an open land area with new homes being built all around us and a few lakes across the street. I hope to never have a mice issue and in Florida have never seen or had one. But it wouldn’t surprise me that first floor apartments may see them with all the homes going up literally right next to us. Yes the walls are thin, honestly seems like that more during hours where more people are sleeping. Overall though it’s quiet. The door lock situation is definitely an issue, I think the touch screen thing is definitely a problem. And we’ve all complained on that which they are working on. They also recommended that only a fob be used at the door until the battery thing gets dealt with. Hopefully they will continue a constant schedule of battery changes or inspections without us having to ask. As for the internet, we had issues at first, a tech came, and anytime we have had a random issue a tech comes. It’s slower than we are used to especially if I’m working from home, my husband is home playing video games etc. overall it does the job but yes it could be better and faster with multiple things attached to it. I’ve lived in luxury living in other areas, Integra could be and do better, but for the area and pricing I think it is great. The staff has always been friendly and the maintenance team is always nice. My recommendation to the team is maybe work on finding a way to treat bugs all over the community and do each apt on a schedule rotation, my apt down south did this. Find out if there is a way for some sort of barrier so the rodents and bugs aren’t coming from all the building around us and open dirt areas. Spraying for Mosquitos, ants, spiders, June Bugs and moths. Plants more plants if possible that attract more dragonfly’s to help with all these bugs. To possible tenants you will love it here and issues will arise, that’s apartment living but there are some things even the management office is at the mercy of, since it is still a new community and we have so much building around us. We enjoy living here and love the location. No it’s not perfect but really unless you own your home is it ever?
