All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and City of Pittsburgh licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Leases in these buildings end July 15th, July 31st or August 15th of each year, but we sometimes have tenants who would like to vacate earlier.
