Monthly. 2 cats max. We welcome dogs and cats subject to the written approval of the Landlord as long as they do not impose on the safety or aesthetics of Dana Pointe. Dogs and cats are to be maintained in tenant's designated private areas if not on a leash. Guidelines include but are not limited to the following: 1)Pet owners must be able to control the noise level of their pets. 2) Pet owners must diligently manage cleaning up after them on both common areas and tenant areas. 3) Pet owners must prevent their pets from causing damage to tenant and common area property. Landlord Maintains a three strikes and you're out rule for pet ownership that shall be strictly adhered to. If your pet causes a reportable nuisance 3 times in any 6 month period, then the Landlord has the right to revoke the approval to keep a pet at the offender's location. There is a $1,000.00 additional cleaning deposit required for all pets.
