Relax in the living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen or utilize the 255 sq ft loft space - perfect for a personal office or storage space. Take a step outside and enjoy your dedicated covered patio - ideal for enjoying the New Mexico climate. Meander through the courtyard pathways that lead to our state-of-the-art community building equipped with a fitness facility, co-working areas and executive offices for lease. Additional monthly fees apply, including a $165 utility bundle covering water, refuse, recycling, internet, pest control, and parking. Renter’s insurance is required (approximately $15/month), and electricity is billed separately based on individual usage.
