I lived here for a period of 2 years and all I can say is they’re fantastic! My apt (in 602 Seneca) was simply amazing and absolutely worth every penny! All the maintenance requests we had were addressed asap and fixed. 10/10 would recommend!

The best company I have ever rented with. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and reasonable about any other requests that we have had. The prices are fair (especially for Ithaca!) and the quality of our apartment is good.
