Annual rentals include cable and internet along with access to onsite laundry. Parking is available for 1 vehicle ONLY. There is a water/sewer/trash/recycling fee of $86 for one person or $115 for two people is additional. Gas/FPL electric put in the tenant's name. All units are accepting up to a maximum of 2 cats or 1 dog currently. Dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The full kitchen features a gas stove. The bathroom features trendy checkered tile laid throughout, a deep ceramic bathtub, and a walk-in closet with a vanity area that can also be used as a storage area.
