Amazing place to live! Rob is an incredible property manager who is very attentive and cares for his residents at Emerson. Jessie & Mario are the best maintenance team ever - they can legit fix anything and will do it ASAP. Everyone is so nice and great. The loft itself is very clean, updated, and is constantly being maintained. 10/10.

Since Rob has taken over as Property Manager, Emerson Shoe Lofts is a wonderful place. His dedication and commitment to resident services makes this community an excellent living environment. Great place to live if you are looking for a well maintained and managed property. Mario is great also. He is more than willing to do anything for residents!
