It is very close to all the bus stops and is right behind University City Blvd (UCB) Kroger. Condo has in unit washer dryer, kitchen appliances, central AC & heating, balcony and 2 reserved parking spots. Extra parking on first come basis is available in back of the apartment. Rent is $550/room , $650(room with attach toilet, queen bed, desk/ chair, TV). Utilities viz. electric bill, internet and water to be shared if rooms rent separately. Trash is included.
