Each 1 and 2 bedroom apartment home was designed to maximize space. Experience large living rooms that overlook your own private patio or balcony. Our kitchens all offer ample cabinet space and an extraordinary amount of counter space.

My family was residents of Fairways Trail for 11 years and we were very impressed and pleased with the staff. Miss Laura is a wonderful manager and always work with us. We have always been treated with the up most respect and never had problems with any thing we asked of her. We were having a problem with our move date and she worked with us and gave us an extension for some days to make a smooth transition and we love her for everything she has done While we were living there. Her staff and maintenance worker were the also fantastic. We will miss you and we love you. Thank you for everything during our stay.

We've lived here in a 2 bedroom since July 2015. The office staff is super helpful, neighbors are nice. Overall, very quiet, and the pool is delightful! Great access to a park behind the apartments. Any repairs that have been needed (only a few) have been prompt. And very conveniently located.
