A large living room provides plenty of space for get- togethers and an attic area provides much additional storage for skis and camping gear. An abundance of windows provide lots of light in this apartment, and alley parking alleviates the struggle of hunting for a parking space. Water, sewer, and trash utilities are included, and there is shared yard space. No pets and no smoking please! * Pictures are old.
