It comes with all the furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. 1 year lease: $1699 6 month lease: $1799 3 month lease: $1899 - These prices do NOT include utilities or lawn care. We can include all of these services for an additional $450/month. - Security deposit equals one month's rent. Additional rent and deposit for pets. - PLEASE NOTE: There is one room within the house that we used for storage that guests cannot access and is always locked and has its own entrance from the outside. - Fireplace is non-functional Before this house went to foreclosure, it was abandoned for many years. It was so overgrown, you couldn't see it from the street. So, we pulled out our green thumbs and hammers to rebuild the property. We knocked down walls and put up new ones (plus much more) to give it a mid-century modern look. It's one of the few properties on an acre of land so close to downtown. You can enjoy the tranquility of being in the countryside while being minutes away from the nightlife.
