To be honest the 1 star reviews of this apartment building are a bit ridiculous. It’s a really good place to live. Yeah it’s a bit pricey but it’s new construction in Annapolis, has good amenities like the gym and pool, pretty exterior landscaping, many places to sit in the courtyards with power outlets and wifi. The apartments are new with good appliances. Hallways are cleaned regularly and trash picked up nightly. Events with free food are held from time to time. It even has 4 sound insulated working pods. Monique and Busiku are super friendly, responsive and helpful. I’d probably give it a 4.5 star rating so will round up to 5 stars.

Our search for a home away from home came during one of the most stressful times of the year, also while relocating with a toddler. It was crucial to work with someone who understood both our immediate and long-term needs. Kevin, the manager, was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information in a timely manner. I was able to drop by for quick tours and walk-throughs whenever needed. Once an apartment became available, Krista quickly processed our application, securing our unit. Thanks to the helpful and responsive staff at Aventon, we can check another item off our list. We’re beyond excited to be moving in! - Tia O.
