The house is about 0.3 miles from Windward Mall and Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, seven miles to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, and about fifteen miles to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Rental is internet and cable ready. Water, sewer, & electricity are billed separately. Small pet allowed (dog under 40 lbs. or a cat) and no smoking.
