this is the happiest place on the planet 🌎🤍😂😍I cannot even describe how happy I am living here. the staff is so friendly and next level. It makes me excited to wake up and go downstairs to see everyone. The entire building of people feel like family. I’ve never lived in a place that I loved more than this. I hope other buildings take this model as an example of how all people get to live. They were so detailed in little luxuries that for the first time in my life I’ve thought perhaps I’d rather live in an apartment versus a luxury home. Thank you for making this space so special Laurel! So impressed & in love in every way :)

Brand new building that opened summer 2024 and its stunning. Amenities are amazing, everything is high end. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. Feels like you are living in a luxury hotel. Perfect location in city place, can walk to anything- bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery, the famous green market, the intercoastal, beach. I LOVE living here and would recommend the building to anyone.
