We have been living here since August. We love how quiet the community is, most people here are in our age bracket (55+). Ebony was nice, but no follow thru. Antionette is great! Friendly, helpful, has follow thru! Jose is great! A shame Antionette was not made the manager .after Ebony left. I don’t understand why we can’t have a camera discreetly place by garage with special clips made for siding. We have zero protection for our cars. When we moved in, Ebony said yes so we bought special mounting clips ( no drilling, no tape, no maring of siding) we had it placed under garage ledge in the corner for several months, pretty much out of site. Then was told it had to come down. If not for that camera recording I would have gotten stuck picking up a big dogs poop (twice) on the grass on the side of the driveway. Our dog is small, we walk her upfront and pick up. Really that is the only frustrating part, in these times makes no sense. 🙃 residents can’t have a layer of protection. I hope this is reconsidered, just give specific requirements.

We ended up canceling our work order because we were able to fix the problem ourselves. We have always been extremely satisfied with the maintenance group here at Redwood
