Property Management with a PTSR, RE/MAX of Pueblo, Inc. Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for RE/MAX of Pueblo, Inc. Property Management to access or use the PTSR. If Applicant provides RE/MAX of Pueblo, Inc. Property Management with a PTSR: 1) the screening report was completed within the previous 30 days; 2) the PTSR must be available to RE/MAX of Pueblo, Inc.
