My experience here at Oasis at Belmont Square has been a positive one. I have not had any issues with my neighbors nor any big issues with anything in my apartment. The things that have had to be replaced has been normal wear and tear, and have been handled in a timely manner. Our manager Daryl is always on top of things, he knows his job and makes sure that all of our concerns are taken care of. I would definitely recommend Oasis at Belmont Square as a great place to live, big plus is they are pet friendly, that is what brought us here. More is getting done with the new owners. Renovation is going great also.

I love it here my apartment was very well kept when I moved in I love the management here. I have been sick in the hospital for a month and out of work for a month they have been so helpful in helping me stay in my apartment. They are very patient and nice they have always made sure us tenants are a top priority this is definitely a great place to live!
