live range water took over from resibuilt, if you want to speak to someone, good luck, inquired on a property 3 weeks ago with no follow up. Several evictions took place at macland township in dallas and they are in no rush turning them or renting them. They displayed incorrect address numbers to properties, meaning no one has actually walked the properties. Property management has gone down hill but with the rental rates you would think service would be top notch, not so much BUT they have a great portfolio, too bad they cant handle their load!!

So I’ve lived in Macland Township for almost two years and will be leaving in December, thank god. I originally moved in when the former management company, Resibuilt, was over the community but after RangeWater took over prices shot up, the community became complete garbage and the leasing reps are practically nonexistent. This community has gone down the drain severely. There’s an eviction or two almost every week, trash lines the streets, the landscaping company that you pay $75 a month for comes maybe ONCE a month, there are always new faces in the office (when they are actually present) due to extremely high turnover, the pool area is always trashed and way too small for the community, there was an actual SHOOTING in the neighborhood this summer, and maintenance takes extremely long to come out. It’s no wonder that there are SO MANY vacant houses in the neighborhood because living here is just not worth it. Sydnee Clarke, the community director, makes everything a million times more complicated than it needs to be. In addition, she’s also never available because she’s “running ten other communities.” For example, one would think that if a person doesn’t give notice of a lease renewal that it would be assumed that said tenant wasn’t renewing and needed to vacate the premises at the end of the signed lease contract date. If you lease here, they will automatically assume you’re renewing because they need the money! Yay! And then you will be charged as such! This management company does everything backwards and you would think with the prices they are charging, it’d be the crème de La crème of living communities. Horrible paint jobs, cheap and quickly installed fixtures result in almost everything being broken, no sort of extermination services offered. Listen just do not lease here, look elsewhere, your mental health will be so much happier that you did. If I could give -5 stars I would.
