Lived here for over two years now in the back 300 block. I'm in a single bedroom apartment on the first floor. The units themselves are great. Easy to keep cool or keep warm. I hardly ever hear my adjoining neighbors. Any interaction with them have been pleasant. The leasing manager, agents and maintenance staff are all friendly and accomodating. I have my own washer/dryer, printer, and haven't utilized the pool (so I can't speak on the amenities). The grounds are kept clean and maintained. It's east access to everything in Hiram. Quick access to the Silver Comet Trail (which I regularly jog on). I've lived in several complexes, and Columns are easily the best experience I've had living in an apartment.
