We have lived here 6 years very quite nice size two bedroom. The manager Lorna is excellent she trys her very best to get things done she cares about the well being of tenants. Only so much she can do!! The owners have been good to me and my husband. Very grateful for the roof over our heads. Thank you!

Looks like their hasn't been an updated review in years, take mine with a grain of salt I supposed since it is just my own experience. Lorna was nice, at first, then when times got hard and I asked for an exception she treated me badly from then on even going so far as to ignore my texts, phone calls, emails and knocks on her door. That aside, Lorna passed away in April 2024. It's the rental property/maintenance that I've had issues with. I pay $995, do not have W/D in my unit, 1 bedroom, and countless issues. Since Lornas passing the ridiculous hand typed messages stuck all over the property have dissapeared (also mentioned in a different review from years ago). My specific issue is the upkeep. The spider webs all over the buildings have been somewhat removed/knocked down, that was pretty disgusting! My bedroom floor board heater blew out one day, made a loud POP, my old fashion shutter style closet doors were also falling apart, the carpet smells strange because they didn't replace it before I moved in only wet vacuumed it which can make some things like urine worse, patio door was installed backwards so a constant cold breeze/heat blows in, and my dishwasher is growing mold (I deep cleaned the dishwasher twice and the mold always comes back). I asked for the heater and closet doors to be fixed. Maintenance replaced the floor board heater but failed to realize it's a shortage issue...the heater never turns off now and will reach temps of 80-85 in the room unless you flip it off at the breaker box. I only found out it did this one night when I checked on my son and he was drenched in sweat, red as a tomato and lethargic. I texted maintenance and stated this to which I got a reply, "I'll keep that in mind" and it was never fixed. I got no fix/reply about the closet door ls for 2 months. Finally called the office to which they said maintenance said I intentionally broke the doors and they were going to make me pay out of my own pocket for it. Funny thing is, I messaged the previous person that lived in my unit and have messaged where he says the closet doors started falling apart a month before he left. No clue what it'll be like now that Lorna is gone but the heater and closet door issue gives some insight. It's cheap, yeah, but also too expensive for 1 bedroom and property management/maintenance not giving a crap when things break. They'll leave it broken and not care. I suppose it's better than $1500 for literal basics anywhere else. Sh*tty you have to settle for broken or expensive these days.
