Nicole is the site manager. She is welcoming and makes sure problems are communicated and solved. The office has seasonal decorations :-) Juan is the maintenance supervisor. Cris is maintenance staff. As an older single woman, I feel very comfortable when they come to make repairs or came to answer questions about anything related to maintaining and understanding how things work. They have been quick to explain and solve problems. They clean up after repairs. My neighbors are friendly but not nosey. I trust my neighbors. Sounds and smells may travel between apartments depending on lifestyles. Overall, it is worth taking a look if you are considering moving to NW Indiana

I just want to say that staying here has been nothing but a pleasure. Nicole has been an awesome property manger. Maintenance was always readily available. The neighborhood was quiet. We never had any problems and we felt safe. My fiancé and I lived here for 4 yrs before making the decision to move only due to needing a bigger space. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to live just mins for 80/94. The location is close by every store you can possibly need. The townhouse also has a gym with a nice amount of equipment to use.Thank you to Nicole again for making our stay here a pleasant one.
