Our experience with renting our new apartment at The Preserve has been nothing but phenomenal. Gowri, Jane, and Paul have been so wonderful to work with from the start of the application to moving in. The neighborhood is well lit at night, quiet, and there's ample parking spaces near our building. Love love love having a dog park within walking distance so that my dog has space to run and play fetch. We have had a few maintenance issues but the maintenance staff have been awesome!! The day of a maintenance submission they have arrived and were able to fix the issues without a hitch. Jane was even nice enough to give us a courtesy call to follow up on the maintenance which I really appreciated!

Update: I just moved out of this complex and I have to say the whole process was very smooth. I had to break my lease due to extreme circumstances and the leasing team was very understanding of my situation. The maintenance team is very accommodating and helpful. They didn’t “nickel and dime” me in the post inspection. Tom, the maintenance manager, really wants to help and is a great guy. They weren’t “out to get me” or anything like some complex’s are. My carpet is the only thing that had damages and even then they have a depreciation scale in place so you aren’t paying full price if the carpet has lived it’s expected life. The best part about this complex, in my opinion, is the maintenance staff. Any time I’ve had a problem they were there that day. The grounds are always kept, dog parks were always clean and the receptacles for depositing doggy bags were stocked and trash emptied. The friendliest people I’ve met. When they drive around during the day they wave at the residents. They were never intrusive or entered my apartment without permission, which as a combat veteran, this was a very big deal to me and greatly appreciated. Whenever they did come, they were always extremely professional and kind. When any maintenance was to be done to the building they made sure to notify me multiple times up to 48 hours beforehand which was very comforting. The whole team is what makes this place a great place to live. With their rent prices and amazing staff, this is one of the best places in the area to live if you are looking for an apartment. I wanted to thank all the staff for the time I’ve lived here and give a big shoutout to the maintenance team for always being amazing. Each member was always a pleasure to interact with. Old review: I lived here a little over 5 months and I have no issues at all. The staff is friendly, the maintenance team is very responsive to emergency problems and miracle workers for damages. I had a mishap with my front door but Rolo and Carlos came in shortly after my call and my door looks brand new. The staff was very understanding and I am very appreciative. I am glad I decided to live in this complex. I've had no issues with any neighbors, the living space is great and the appliances are all perfect. Highly recommend
