I have lived here for quite some time and can say that the apartments are much better than they were when I first moved in. The new management has done a great job turning it around. Let me tell y’all that when I first moved in there was homeless, random things around the property, broken gates, and a lot of vandalism. But management did a great job in picking up the place and turning it around. Whenever I have a problem, my work orders get done pretty fast. I’ve met the maintenance guy Preston a few times and he is very friendly, talkative and very professional. The manager is always available and very helpful when I have any questions or concerns. She responds pretty quick and that something that I like like. It’s a good community but the thrift store in the back gets me pissed off because they just leave trash everywhere in our dumpsters.
