I LOVE living here. The views are amazing, the apartment is sturdy and more sound proof than any other apartment I’ve had. Huge closets too. My one bedroom is perfect for a single person. I love my neighbors and it’s 10 steps from the greenbelt entrance. Management has also been lovely and helpful with anything I need. I haven’t needed maintenance yet but I imagine it’ll be easy, as everything else has been.

This has been by far one of the best experiences with an apartment community i've ever had. The staff and management, especially Libby, have gone out of their way, far above and beyond expectation to help my client get approved and moved into his new apartment. They are amazing and my client absolutely loves his new home! I will continue to send as many people as I can to Channing's Mark because I know they will be in good hands. The apartments are beautiful, with fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and really nice upgrades, they take very good care of the community. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication!
