I'd give this place no stars if I could, it's roach infested and it's got silver fish. All this because they allow nasty people who don't clean up after their dogs and leave trash everywhere. Told them about a black mold problem and they couldn't even fix it right the first time, now there's a lot more spreading and there's bubbles in the paint on the walls because of water leaking. Have nosey neighbors and neighbors who are obnoxious and rude to people who actually have to work. Right after we moved in our stove went out, got told we don't pay to live in Carmel or fishers this place is a pathetic joke!

Son and Daughter in law lived here it’s roach infested to say the least and flooring was leveled out with cardboard boxes and started coming apart. They are trying to charge them $6,000 upon moving out after the lease was up. If you move in make sure you document everything like we did. Can’t wait for the court date so we can make these people look as stupid as that $6,000 is.
