Large 2 bedroom and one bath mobile home in small park. This home has a large kitchen, living and primary bedroom clean and is ready to go. Requirements: 3 times income, no evictions, no credit defaults or open collections. There is a non-refundable $40.00 application fee per adult. Each adult over the age of 18 years must apply separately. APPLICATION AND LEASING NOTES: = Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $40 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted and approved, you must place a security binder with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security binder will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we wait for your move-in date. If you fail to move in, for any reason of your own, your security binder will not be refunded. Upon move in, the security binder is used for the deposit. = MOVE IN AMOUNTS DUE ON OR BEFORE LEASE SIGNING: Paid applications $40 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, and first months rent. = IF the unit allows pets, there are additional fees as well. Pet fees are per pet as follows: $20/$15 non-refundable pet application, $200 non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent of $25-$45 based upon animal's size and paid in full renters' insurance with pet liability for the full lease term. = If moving from out of state, please call about special requirements.
