I am coming up on my fourth year living at Olive Branch Townhomes. I have never had any issues with management or maintenance. Emma and Carrisa are a delight to talk too. Friendly maintenance staff. Always on the ball when I have issues. All though I have heard good and bad things about theses homes I don't see the issues that people bring as an issue. You have to give maintenance and Office staff time to handle the issues at hand. As far as the kids are concerned yes there are alot but this is what happenes when you live in apartments or townhomes. If you don't want to live around a bunch of kids maybe you should look into buying or renting a house. I'm also sure that the office has better things to do then to deal with a complaint about kids being loud or brats. It comes with the territory so get over it. Instead of getting all hot headed try talking to each other. I'm just saying, if you want a good community to live in, you need help from everyone, Office maintenance and residents. One person can't do it all alone. So instead of and complaining and writing bad reviews,try helping and handle some outside issues yourself. Have a good day Olive Branch ladies.......
