Quiet, convenient location near ETSU and JCMC as well. Water, sewer and trash included in rent. Unit has baseboard heat and a window AC unit. One bedroom, one bath unit. There is an application fee per adult, we conduct a background check, credit check and require proof of income with each application. There is a 25 lb weight limit on pets and they must be pre-approved.
