Located close to all things Midtown and Riverfront Park, this residence provides a great location for enjoying nearby dining, recreation, and city amenities. Multiple One Bedroom units available. Building is ADA compliant giving ADA unit options for all apartment types. Elevator accessible to all floors. **Photos are from multiple units and do not reflect individual unit, however finishes are the same in all units. Please see floor plans for layout. Water, sewer and trash is included. Tenant pays gas and electric. Street/Permit Parking additional Off-Street Parking spaces included with additional cost. Applicants are required to have a 600 or higher credit score, monthly income 3x the monthly rent and no past evictions. Criminal History will be assessed as part of the application.
