The condo is simple, but everything you need. It's also the best deal price wise in this neighborhood. I love having the cheap public washing and drying machines within the complex for residents to use. I've lived there for 2 years, and it's always been safe. I saw another review where the person said cars had been broken into, but mine never has been, and I don't know anyone who's lived here that's had that happen. I feel safe here.

Super nice community, lovely neighbors, feel very safe being here. Laundry room is close, and being open 24/7 is a great plus for people like me that work weird hours!
