Living here has been great! The location of the apartments is in a prime area. Not only is there Clement park and the Raccoon Creek golf course, but there’s just about any store you can think of within 5 minutes away. My experience with the apartment and staff has also been excellent overall. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Any questions or help I have needed they were more than willing to extend a helping hand. The apartment itself is one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in. The appliances and apartment look well maintained and cared for. I would recommend this apartment complex for any of my family and friends!

Been living here with my family for almost 6 years and have never had any problems or complaints. From the office staff to Kevin and the maintenance crew everything is always handled professionally and in a timely manner. Great place to call home!
By far the best place I’ve rented. Management is always willing to go above and beyond and the maintenance team always follows up with any problems that arise. My family and I love going to the lake across the street. Beautiful location and the people here make a real difference into calling Fairways our home!

Updating my review from 1 to 5 stars after a year.
Without detail here's the summary from my old review: First: the maintenance workers turning over these apartments are not doing their jobs. Inspect every bit of your rental in extreme detail on move-in. Second: I've think I've worked with all of them, and EVERY SINGLE contractor used by this community is absolute trash except for Master Rooter. This is a problem they need to address.
Having said that, the office staff and managers here are amazing. They've all individually gone above and beyond to mitigate and handle the dozen+ issues I ran into in my first 3 months (including letting me use a demo unit for showers, 24/7 support staff, and replacing a fridge due to noise). Be nice, they do their best and there's good people working here.
The other review mentioning closures with the amenities fails to explain that we had several severe storms that damaged and dumped debris into the pool / hot tub. Not the fault of the staff.
I'll be looking to renew my lease. The location is great and I got a unit with a view I can't pass up.
Edit 1yr: I had some lightbulbs go out and maintenance didn't charge for replacements, I'm not lying when I say Greystar picked great staff.

Wow! This review is long over due. The staff is truly one of the best parts of this community. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments throughout Colorado and I’ve never had the same peace of mind knowing issues will get resolved right away with excellent communication and kindness in the way that they do it. I’ve lived here over two years and every work order I’ve submitted is addressed within 2 days at most, and if for some reason there’s a delay (i.e. part needing to be ordered) they communicate that to me and always follow up. I get a call before they enter the unit, and then a call from the property manager to make sure things were resolved to satisfaction. I need to specifically call out the guys because they are so nice and and make magic happen with clearly a small team. Kevin has so much patience, answering all my questions, Cody and Danny are so kind and professional. Danny even removed a spider out of my apartment by hand when he was doing some repairs (I’m terrified of spiders). These guys are just awesome. And the property staff! Man have they endured my endless questions and concerns with such patience and willingness to help. I recently transferred units to a 2 bedroom and I just wanted to fully understand the process, see what all my options were, etc. I am that person that reads the entire 51 page lease. And Jenifer and Aaron respond right away having no problem answering my questions. Even when I walk into the office, there’s always someone there to help me. What keeps me here truly is the amazing property management staff and maintenance staff. There also is not much turnover with staff, which is really wonderful and is the reason why I’ve consistently had a wonderful experience since the day I moved in. Thank you to everyone for making this such an enjoyable place to live!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for my time living at the Fairways at Raccoon Creek. 3 years ago, I moved to Colorado not knowing a soul. A kind soul, Jen, who sold me my lease, was one of the first people I met. She made me feel at home, made the move-in process so easy. She truly cares. That continued to show from the staff, during my time living in my cozy one bedroom apartment. From Jen, to Monica the General Manager, to the amazing maintenance staff — and more. Top notch customer service. If it wasn’t for my own financial situation, I would have inevitably lived there for many more years. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

The maintenance staff are friendly and the office staff are great. My bathroom fan was going out. I put in a maintenance request one night and they replaced it the very next day!
Once again, Fairways goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. My maintenance request was taken care promptly and with great care. I love living here!
